Change password

Totally agree and in the city I live in Armstrong blocks everybody from getting another cable company which is crap. I would love to have another cable company I. Ashland, Ohio there would be a lot more happy people

Internet/e-mail - terrible service; zero SPAM/PHISHING filters. Customer must create filters but are not reliable.

My internet is not working

Phone is busy when I call cant reach no one this is all and if they could maybe have a solution online it would be better if I could do it from my phone cause I have online on my phone

why cant you stop playing the same stupid commericals all the time

I agree and I am so tired of hearing how they help the community. The prices for cable is ridiculous.

I have been trying to cancel my cable for two days. When they do answer the phone u get the same story they have to call u back in one day when they didn’t call I called them now they will call me back in two days.

Something is fishy about this. I am not about to pay for another month!!!!
